Being part of the Pink Ribbon Good (PRG) Pink Fleet is, without a doubt, one of our absolute favorite things. And the best part? It means we get to be part of the most meaningful, inspiring, and joy-filled event of the year—Dayton Ignite the Fight.
This past weekend was nothing short of incredible. We celebrated survivorship, hope, and community while raising awareness and support for an organization whose mission is near to our hearts. Pink Ribbon Good’s mission is simple yet powerful: to provide healthy meals, rides to treatment, housecleaning essentials, and peer support to individuals and families battling breast and gynecological cancers—all at no cost. Their work ensures that no one fights cancer alone, and being part of that impact is something we hold close.
Ignite the Fight is one of those rare experiences that leaves you both inspired and energized. There’s truly nothing like it. From delicious food and drinks—including Coldwater Café’s unbelievable dinner service (they served over 800 people in less than 32 minutes—yes, really!)—to the pizza, ice cream, and a buzzing bar, the night was filled with laughter, warmth, and celebration. The silent auction, live auction, and live donation period gave everyone the chance to give back in meaningful ways, while the survivor stories reminded us why PRG’s mission is so vital. Meeting these incredible individuals and hearing their journeys was truly unforgettable.
We’re especially thankful to our teammate Mike Workman, who introduced us to Heather and Cara a couple of years ago. That connection blossomed into what we know will be a long and impactful partnership with PRG. And speaking of partnerships—being part of the Pink Fleet has given us the chance to collaborate with some of the most amazing people. Cara, your energy, kindness, and vision for growing the fleet are contagious. We’re with you 100%—especially in Cincinnati—and we can’t wait to help make this movement bigger than ever.
We don’t have the final donation numbers from this year’s Ignite the Fight just yet, but we know the impact will be tremendous. Keep an eye on PRG’s social media channels for the official totals.
For now, we just want to say: thank you. To PRG, to our fellow Pink Fleet members, to the survivors who share their stories, and to everyone who made this event possible—you inspire us more than you know. If you’ve never attended Ignite the Fight, trust us when we say there’s truly nothing like it. It’s the best.
